U18s Win at Palace
Saturday, 31st Aug 2013 14:25

Cemal Ramadan (pictured) scored twice and Ted Bishop and Cory Galvin once each as Town’s U18s won 4-0 away at Crystal Palace this morning.

The victory was the young Blues’ first win of the season. The U16s beat the same opposition by the same scoreline.

Meanwhile, Northern Ireland’s U17s, including Town first-year scholar Johnny Smith, finished fifth in the Syrenka Cup in Poland this week, beating Cyprus 3-0 in the fifth/sixth play-off yesterday.

Ramadan looks an exciting prospect. Many people are saying he is a similar player to Marcus Stewart
