Thursday, 10th Oct 2013 12:21

Sir Bobby’s Breakthrough Online Charity Auction is launched today, aiming to raise £1 million for cancer services.

The organisers are urging people across the country to register to bid or to consider donating an auction item, however big or small.

The auction, which runs until October 27th, already has more than 300 prizes but needs at least 100 more in order to reach the target of raising £1 million for the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation, Breakthrough Breast Cancer and two Suffolk hospitals.

Those who have donated lots include Ipswich Town, former Blue Kieron Dyer, who is now an ambassador for the auction, Alan Brazil and Matt Holland, in addition to a host of other stars from throughout the worlds of sport and entertainment.

To see the full list and to register for the auction visit www.sirbobbysbreakthrough.com.
