Win Town Tickets and Go Behind-the-Scenes at Life’s a Pitch
Thursday, 31st Oct 2013 09:31

Fancy watching Ipswich Town take on Watford and going behind-the-scenes on BBC Radio Suffolk’s Life’s a Pitch beforehand?

Well today you have the chance to do both and help West Suffolk Hospital reach its target to raise £55,000 for a new prostate cancer scanner before Christmas.

Thanks to Ipswich Town and Radio Suffolk’s Mark Murphy, the fantastic auction prize has been donated to help the Hospital’s Beat It campaign.

The auction runs until midnight tonight and the current highest bid is just £10 — meaning you could land a bargain early Christmas present.

Dave Gooderham, fundraising manager, said: “We would like to thank Ipswich Town for their generous donation, not to mention Radio Suffolk and Mark Murphy for offering a rare chance to go behind-the-scenes of their popular radio football show.

“This just further endorses the wonderful support we have received throughout 2013 for our Beat It campaign, focusing on men’s health.”

As well as seeing Town tackle the Hornets on Saturday 21st December, you can win a rare chance to go behind-the-scenes on Life’s a Pitch, getting up close and personal with presenter Mark Murphy, ITFC legend Kevin Beattie and TWTD’s very own Phil Ham.

To bid for the auction prize, email Dave Gooderham with your bid and contact details. Dave will keep you updated on the status of your bid until the auction ends at midnight.
