Jack Marriott scored the eighth goal of his loan spell at Woking in his eighth game as the Cards won 2-0 at Nuneaton in the Skrill Premier this afternoon.

Marriott, who is at the Kingfield Stadium until January 2nd, was subbed with four minutes left.

Elsewhere, in the Skrill North, David October and his loan side Histon beat Bradford Park Avenue 1-0 at home.

Academy second-year scholar Rory Thompson was in the Haverhill Rovers side which won 2-1 at Brantham in the Thurlow Nunn Premier Division.

Let's try to get Jack a league club in January to go on loan to for the rest of the season so he can get experience at a higher level. There is no point bringing him back to Ipswich yet as there is too much competition, especially with Ebanks-Blake joining.

..... nothing changes - the lad is an ace, and will score goals for fun throughout his career - so don't be surprised.

And would do so for us right now - oh and a certain person called Rhodes scored again as well - anyone remember him ?? He should have been here too.
