The 30-year-old picked up his 10th cap from the bench in the 73rd minute, while Blues loanee Paul Green was an unused sub. Town centre-half Christophe Berra was an unused sub as Scotland beat Poland 1-0 in Warsaw. Right-back Elliott Hewitt, who is on loan at Gillingham for the rest of the season, was a late call into the Wales U21s squad which lost 1-0 to England in a Euro 2015 qualifier at Derby but also didn't make it on to the pitch.
