Naylor on Future Thursday, 17th Jan 2002 13:29 Richard Naylor has spoken about his future, which like Wayne Brown's, looks virtually certain to be away from Portman Road. Although today's claim that he was Bramall Lane-bound turned out to be well wide of the mark, Rotherham have already come in for him and others are likely to follow suit. The 24-year-old striker said: "I would be happy to go on loan, if it was the right move for me. I need to speak to the manager to find out what's happening. It has been a few days since we last had a chat." Recent weeks have seen a flurry of loan requests at Portman Road which doesn't come as a shock to George Burley: "I am not surprised that First Division and Second Division clubs are showing an interest in some of our players. I have spoken to one or two clubs about Richard, but Sheffield United aren't one of them."
