Life's a Pitch From Bury Town's Big Day

This Saturday’s Life’s a Pitch on Radio Suffolk (midday to 2pm) comes live from Bury Town’s Big Day where Blues season ticket holders can get in for half price. Mark Murphy is joined by legend-in-residence Kevin Beattie, football’s youngest pundit Tractorboy and TWTD’s Phil Ham, who will be at Brighton ahead of the game at the Amex Stadium, while Simon Milton will be talking about his pre-Town days at Bury.

In conjunction with Greene King, Bury are putting on a fun-filled day at Ram Meadow as they take on Bognor Regis Town in the Ryman League Premier Division with Ipswich Town season ticket holders entitled to half-price entry.

Gates open at 12 noon and local group Big Girls Blooze will entertain with music before and after the match.

Those attending can enjoy a curry and pint for £5 (other food is available all day) and there will be competitions to win your weight in beer and one of 50 special edition T-shirts.
