New England for Kiwomya?
New England for Kiwomya?

Former Town star Chris Kiwomya may be about to join the New England Revolution in the USA's MLS. Previously we reported that he was interesting the Tampa Bay Mutiny, also in the States, but due to MLS politics they no longer have a francise.

Kiwomya left AaB Aalborg in Denmark at the end of the Scandinavian season and has been looking for another club ever since.

The Mutiny looked to be favourites to get his signature, but the MLS decided to that all clubs within it should have private owners. The Mutiny were owned by the league itself and no new owner could be found so the club dropped out of the league.

The New England Revolution's 'roster' currently includes another former QPR player, ex-Luton keeper Jurgen Sommer.
