Tunnicliffe Joins Blackburn
Monday, 1st Sep 2014 20:07

Blackburn Rovers are reported to have signed Fulham’s Ryan Tunnicliffe on loan, the Blues also having been linked with a move for the midfielder, who spent the first half of last season on loan at Portman Road.

The 21-year-old, who will be with the Lancastrians for the season, has hardly featured since Felix Magath took over at Craven Cottage, having signed from Manchester United in January.

Meanwhile, former Town centre-half and ex-Blues academy director Tony Humes has been appointed the new manager of Colchester United following Joe Dunne’s sacking.

Humes was previously in charge of Colchester’s youth set-up and has appointed ex-Town academy coach and one-time youth player Richard Hall as his assistant.

Recent Town trialist Achille Campion has joined Port Vale on loan from Swedish side Norrby IF. The French-born striker played for the Blues in the friendly at Braintree.

We have two midfielders miles better than any of our others just sitting around in the under 21's. sign them up and then we might actually create something for our forwards.

Not too fussed about this to be honest, not what is required atm. For a centre midfielder the fact he played better out wide, linking with cressy, told ya everything you needed to know. When he did play centre mid he didnt grab a game by the scruff of the neck and affect it

Yet another transfer window goes by without any activity, so disappointed why are the only ones who can see we need a creative midfielder or somebody who knows where the goal is is us fans.

Great who needs the Falcao deal when we get to hear a story of a mediocre player, once on loan, now on loan at Blackburn!

God it's too bloody depressing!

easy choice, promotion seeking or relegation fighting.
anyway the start to the season is a ploy by mick, dont want the midfield to shine early so no premier clubs step in...........wait till millwall, Tabb to score.............................................................................................................................................????????????????????????/////////////////////////
