Collison, Hunt, Marriott and Trialist Start for U21s
Monday, 22nd Sep 2014 13:14

Jack Collison, Stephen Hunt, Jack Marriott and trialist Luke Coulson all start for the Town U21s at home to Huddersfield at Playford Road (KO 1pm).

Former West Ham man Collison, who was due to speak to manager Mick McCarthy about the short-term deal he had been offered last Wednesday, makes his third appearance for the U21s having returned from a spell training with Birmingham.

Hunt is continuing his comeback from his calf injury, while Marriott is back after his month on loan at Carlisle.

St Helens-born Coulson is a 20-year-old right-back previously with Manchester City and Cardiff City, who has also spent time playing for the University of Michigan. He was on trial at Hibs earlier in the summer.

U21s: Crowe, Coulson, Kenlock, Collison, Sowunmi, Clarke (c), Galvin, Benyu, Marriott, Patterson, Hunt. Subs: Marsden, Robinson, Fowler, McLoughlin, Ramadan.

Please, no.....we don't need to waste money on another right back. We got Hewitt!! He's quality and needs more game time.

Totalblue..... Stephen Hunt is a professional footballer and we are football supporters. You are not his mate, neither are any of us. So how the hell would any of us know how his wife is ?

I'm Stephens Gynecologist and I'm inducing her tomorrow at a hospital in Ireland. Stephen wanted to keep today free in case he was called up to the first team for the Wigan match.

You would have thought somebody would have come in for Collison by now, doesn't seem to be that much interest from other clubs in him.
