Noel Already Feels at Home
Thursday, 27th Nov 2014 16:32

Noel Hunt says he already feels at home at Town having signed on loan from Leeds until January 3rd earlier today. The 31-year-old joins his brother Stephen and another former Reading team-mate Jay Tabb at Portman Road.

“It was a very easy move for me, what with the manager here and his record and the way he likes to play,” Hunt told Ipswich Player.

“My brother’s here obviously and I know Tabby from Reading and a lot of the other lads as well which does help when you join a new club.

“I feel I have settled in already and I’ve only been here the one day! The boys have been great and I’m looking forward to my time here.

“The team is going well and hopefully I can help them stay at the top of the table over the next month and extend my stay here.

“I don’t think I have a future at Leeds and it’s time to move on and it will be great if I can do that at Ipswich.”

I'm sure he can do a good job keeping the bench warm. Good luck, hope you get some time to show us what MM is so excited about.

Is there a clause preventing him playing for us vs Leeds next week?

......... feeling 'at home' already is a good start I guess - now when / if you get the chance, just get out there and do the business for us. That's all we ask at this Club - but don't always get it !!
