Player of the Year Voting Under Way
Player of the Year Voting Under Way
Monday, 30th Mar 2015 13:36

Online voting for the 2014/15 Town Player of the Year award is now under way.

You can cast your vote on the Supporters Club’s website here or around the ground before the Blackpool match on Saturday 11th April.

The Supporters Club are looking for volunteers to help collect votes at that match. If you’re able to help - for as long or short a time as you can - email officialitsc@btinternet.com for details.

The winner will be presented with the trophy at the Player Awards Evening - which is sold out - after the game against Blackpool.

Would surely say it's a forgone conclusion ? If anyone else but Murphy wins then it's a travesty but no one else can surely

It's obviously Murphy by a country mile. The only question is who would be second choice. Berra, I'd say.

It looks like being Murph, but let's not decide too early. What if someone comes up trumps in the next few big games and secures a top six spot? Murphy will probably be that man anyway!

Daryl Murphy's Law: Anything that can go in, will go in. :)

No doubt about it... surely?

Murphy, no doubt, there are plenty of other contributors but lets face it Murphs goals have us where we are right now. Young player of the year Teddy Bishop.

For me after 2/3 seasons of being hung out on the left and still coming here after his contract at Celtic ended means he deserves it. Seem like a good bloke too. Imagine how many goals he would have scored in Scotland had Celtic played him as a striker!

2nd choice Berra, maybe not scored as many this year but scored some important ones to get our season going and has defended like a Trojan once again

It could be tabb or skuse!. Remember when Westlake won. Nobody I knew voted for him but he won!!! Should be Murphy.

Murphy will win by a mile. Second and third will be interesting. Skuse and Tabb have miles more votes than I thought they would. Then again Taylor has six and Wordsworth two!

As most have already said - got to be Murphy. The guy has had an unbelievable season. Not just his goals, but also general link up play.

As for the odd (continued) Skuse critics. Really! The guy is there to break up play, win the ball back, and pass to a team mate. Something he does extremely well. Despite popular belief, not every player has to dribble passed 5 players before hitting a worldie from 30yards!
