Handful of Restricted View Seats Left
Wednesday, 6th May 2015 20:26

Town have only a few restricted view tickets remaining for Saturday’s Championship play-off semi-final first leg against Norwich City at Portman Road with more than 28,500 seats already sold.

Tickets went on general sale at 8am this morning with queues both at Portman Road and online throughout the morning.

While Portman Road’s capacity grew to 30,311 after the two stands were built in the early 2000s, that number has been reduced since a section of seats was removed and due to segregation and Sky’s requirements for Saturday’s match.

We had 30,152 in 2003. Got a feeling it will be somewhere in the region of 29,500

I wouldnt be surprised if the seats in the corner were removed due to the fact they were close to away fans and the police were moaning.
I dont get the losing seats to segragation. So basically those seats serve no purpose because theyll never be used. Seems stupid to me.

We must make so much noise and boo when ever norwich touch the ball. Its are home we must make the norwich players know how unwelcome they are inside our stadium. No point paying £30 and not makeing any noise. Its the biggest game ever.

Well according to the 'experts' we don't stand a chance! So let's make PR a noisy hell for the visitors, and let the players know what this Derby means to the fans of itfc! We all stand united against a foe that spent millions compared to our pittance. So let us prove that they wasted their money and the underdogs can do it!
Let's raise the roof and cheer us onto victory and stuff the words back down the throats of these so called 'experts'!
