He's been something of a Doomsday Machine for us ever since that handball against Norwich...but good luck to him.

Brilliant so we have turned on our best player last season just because he's a little out of form and also overworked because of our attacking tactics. Great support!

Been more like Frank Spencer since getting sent off against norwich but still a great defender..just think Mick rushed him back into first team football this season a little too early.

We haven't 'turned' on Berra, just believe he's a bit out of form and perhaps should be dropped to give others a chance, I mean i thought that was the reason we built such a strong squad?

Of course theres always a chance of Berra coming back to form, or perhaps the person that comes in would take their chance, either way no one has turned on Berra, we all know he's still a great player, just out of form currently.

Kirbmeister. I'm so sorry I have different views to you on this one. Berra is currently out of form, I thought only in form players were picked to play for their country. theipswichman, I agree out of form players should be rested to give others a chance if a strong squad is available. Unfortunately we are faced with a problem at present as no matter how badly some players are playing in certain positions, they have the luxury of knowing they will still be 1st on the team sheet. That must be very disappointing for some players not in the playing 11 and galling for a lot of supporters too!
