Bart Norwegian Fans' Player of the Year

Blues keeper Bartosz Bialkowski has added the Ipswich Town Supporters Club of Norway Player of the Season award to his growing collection of 2015/16 accolades.

The 28-year-old Pole, who has already carried off the Official Supporters Club and Junior Blues Player of the Year gongs, beat Tommy Smith into second place with Freddie Sears and Ryan Fraser joint-third.

I voted for him. Last year it was Murph that took us to the playoffs. This season its Bart that's kept us above the chasing pack. I must admit at the beginning of the season I felt we needed a better keeper than Gerks or Bart, but now I feel our problems are at right back and attacking midfield. Our season petered out when Frazer got injured and the goals dried up when Murph got sidelined. At the station tonight I chuckled at the EADT poster offering free tickets to the game against MK Dons, to the lucky winner! Sadly I will be there. It'll be good to see Dean's homecoming.
