Fans Advised to Arrive Early at Coggeshall
Friday, 22nd Jul 2016 14:14

Fans planning to attend Town’s U21s friendly away against a Coggeshall Town side featuring pop star Olly Murs this evening are advised to arrive early with only a very limited number of tickets still available (KO 7pm).

Coggeshall are advising those who haven’t bought tickets in advance to arrive early to void disappointment with gates opening at 5pm, two hours ahead of the 7pm kick-off, while it’s suggested that all supporters turn up in good time to avoid congestion.

New Blues U21s boss Gerard Nash's side will include the likes of Ben Morris (top picture), Monty Patterson, Chris Smith, Jacob Marsden, George Fowler and Kundai Benyu.

In pre-season ahead of 2014/15 a Town U21s team beat Coggeshall, who were the 2015/16 Essex and Suffolk Border League champions, 4-1.

Coggeshall chairman Graeme Smith’s company Chelmsford Plastic Warehouse sponsor Town’s U13s.

Meanwhile, the Blues are planning to place two big signs at the back of the Sir Bobby Robson Stand and want fans' input on what they should say.

Think more fans will be watching the Murs encore than any ipswich team tbh. Is he also performing at the v festival

Is it too much to hope that Olly Murrs injures his vocal chords?
