Wish I could get there.
Yesterday I watched the highlights of our 7-0 against West Brom. I was at the back of Churchmans, and remember shouting "HIT IT!" at Mariner as he struck the ball for his goal.
Alan Hunter was imperious, and I'd forgotten his amazing vision and how well he passed the ball - 20 yard cross field passes to feet - AMAZING for a centre half As for Whymark -his sole Eng,and cap was an insult. Agianst quality opposition who played their hearts out he scored four goals, all top draw strikes, and he hit the post. AND THE WHOLE TEAM played everything with pace, first time balls, attacking, stylish, thrilling football.

Mr Evans, why not go and meet the legends and some real supporters for yourself. You can put your dark glasses on and pull your hoodie over your face so nobody notices you. You can have a beer - Colchester Brazilian's might be to your taste. Adie will pay I'm sure and as they say in Yorkshire - Think On.
