Currie on Life's a Pitch
Friday, 25th Nov 2016 16:39

Former Blues midfielder and QPR fan Darren Currie will be talking to the regulars on Life’s a Pitch at lunchtime on Saturday on BBC Radio Suffolk (midday to 2pm). Guest host Graeme McLoughlin will also be joined by legend-in-residence Kevin Beattie, New Tractorboy and TWTD’s Phil Ham.

Currie, who scored on his Town debut against QPR at Loftus Road in December 2004 (pictured), is now the first-team coach at Vanarama National League Dagenham and Redbridge.

Can Town get back to winning ways against QPR? Give us your thoughts on those questions or anything else via Graeme’s Twitter or during the show by phone on 01473 212121 or text to 81333 starting your message with SFK.

The show can be heard on 95.5FM, 95.9FM, 103.9FM and 104.6FM, and also now on DAB, or online via a widget on this page by clicking here.

Darren Currie, a player who could alter the course of game with one devastating delivery!! he wouldn't get a look in with Mick, I notice our manager has stopped boasting about the attacking players he had at Wolves Sunderland et al

If Currie had had a bit of pace he would have been a good PL player. If he had had a fair bit a pace he would have been a top four PL player.
