Berra Set for Cap
Sunday, 26th Mar 2017 10:47

Centre-half Christophe Berra looks set to win his 36th full international cap this evening when Scotland face Slovenia in a World Cup qualifier at Hampden Park (Sky Sports One, from 7pm).

Berra, 32, who has scored three international goals, was in Gordon Strachan’s XI for the 1-1 friendly draw with Canada in midweek and also the last qualifier, the 3-0 defeat to England in November.

Scotland are currently fifth in the group on only four points from four games with the Slovenians second on eight, two points behind leaders England.
