Forest Game Live on Sky
Sunday, 30th Apr 2017 11:55

Town’s final day of the season game at Nottingham Forest next Sunday will be shown live on Sky (KO midday).

While the Blues’ season has been over for a number of weeks, Forest go into the last match of the campaign out of the drop zone by goal difference alone.

Tony Mowbray’s Blackburn Rovers currently occupy the final relegation spot and their game at Brentford - which along with all the other final day Championship matches also kicks off at midday - will also be shown live on Sky.

Another defeat then or the possibility of a mind numbing goalless draw...

It's about time we actually played half decent in front of the TV cameras. I can just feel the shame of yet another limp wristed team performance on national TV, when we just roll over and surrender the 3 points. Makes you so proud to be a town fan - roll on the summer!!!

Hopefully we will relegate them although the chances are slim. Probably get Nanny and Grandad round so please play with attack. Also I have been commenting on here for half a season and have just reached 100 likes. Thanks to everyone who reads my comments. UP THE TOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dagenhamtown I was going to say exactly the same . McCarthy will want to end on a ''high'' though so it will prob be 5 at the back for a 0-0 scoreline 'and good point against a tough team full of different class players .The highlight will be the final whistle on this season .I CANT WAIT . Then its going to be interesting.

It's not crazy to think of Forest or Blackburn playing in div1 we were not far off it and I fear will be down if Mick stays because he just refuses(or cannot change) to alter his stonewall policy.

I was set upon once by a group of 20 or 30 brave Forest fans for having the audacity to walk near them, how sweet and thoughtful of them lol! So while I shouldn't really let this effect my view of the club (as it was just some mindless thugs and most teams have a few of those, some more than a few!) I still can't deny it would bring a little smile to my face if they went down only to think it might of brought a little misery to my mindless assailants! Although I would still sympathise with 99% of their genuine supporters. I should really learn to forgive and forget but it did leave a bit of a cloud for me hanging over their club. That aside, Forest have some great traditions mostly notably the European Cups, but like us they have slipped a long way down the pecking order.

Can we win and keep Tony Mowbray and Blackburn up. Be handy to do an ex-player a favour.
