Supporters' Trust AGM Tonight
Wednesday, 10th May 2017 11:32

Ipswich Town 1st, the independent supporters' trust, is holding its AGM at Silent Street Labour Club this evening (7pm).

Chairman Alasdair Ross says the trust, which was formed in 2003 in the wake of Town’s period in administration, is looking for new people to get involved in its running.

“Many of the trust board are standing down so we need new blood not only to keep the trust going but to take it further forward in making sure the club hear the supporters’ voice,” he said.

“The recent fiasco over season ticket sales is just another example of why a Supporters Trust is needed at this club.”
