Punch FilmsUK have supplied us with highlights of Ipswich Town Ladies’ 9-0 hammering of Haringey Borough at Felixstowe and Walton’s Goldstar Ground on Sunday.

Winger Sophie Welton netted four, skipper Amanda Crump two and Miagh Downey, Cassie Craddock and Natasha Thomas one each.

Ipswich Town Ladies are now fourth in the the FA Women's Premier League South East Division One, 10 points off the lead, but with two games in hand on leaders AFC Wimbledon Ladies, three on second-placed Leyton Orient WFC, who they trail by five points, and one on the MK Dons Ladies four points in front of them.

Freddies_Ears added 18:30 - Jan 15 I went to their FA Cup win v Leyton Orient. A very good afternoon out, and a much higher standard than I had expected. Ground is pretty central in Felixstowe and clubhouse very welcoming and inexpensive. Highly recommended
