Forest striker David Johnson, the difference between the sides on Saturday, says he feels that Town can go up after seeing them in action at the City Ground at the weekend.

Johnson said of the Blues: "We have punished Ipswich for their mistakes but I thought they were very good.

"Having said that they didn't create that many chances against us until we were 2-0 up.

"I'm sure if they can get a run going then they will finish top six.

"It is a lot to ask of them but if you look at teams like Reading who are comfortable at the moment, Ipswich are capable of overtaking them because they have a better squad."

Skipper Matt Holland said he felt that Town deserved more from the game: "On the balance of play we were the better side. It was down to a couple of mistakes and they finished better. It was disappointing to come away and play as well as we have played and get nothing.

"That was the best we have played over 90 minutes for a long time. We passed the ball well, kept possession and created chances.

"I had a couple, Darren Bent had an opportunity, Darren Ambrose hit a post, and we have put one away. We know what we can do but it's all about results."
