Town centre-half Manu Thetis is hoping to make his loan move to Wolves permanent. Out of favour at Portman Road since last October the Frenchman is very pleased to be at the Midlanders: "As soon as I heard Wolves were interested in me I made it clear I wanted to move to Molineux. This is a big story for me but I don't know how it will end. Wolves have proved they want to be a big success this year by signing players like Temuri Ketsbaia. I would like to play a part in those plans and I will be doing all I can to persuade the manager to offer me a contract."

Hermann Hreidarsson has been called into the Icelandic squad for their match with Denmark this weekend. Town now have Matt Holland (Ireland), Jim Magilton (Northern Ireland), Sean Friars (Northern Ireland U21s), Titus Bramble (England U21s) and Richard Logan (England U18s) all away on international duty.
