Injury Worries for Town
Injury Worries for Town

The Blues have a number of injury worries ahead of next week's crucial home game with Wigan Athletic. Tommy Miller, Georges Santos and Fabian Wilnis were all forced off by injury at Coventry on Saturday.

Both Wilnis and Santos are considered doubts ahead of Saturday. The Frenchman has a shin problem while the Dutchman picked up both shoulder and groin injuries.

Miller came off due to the return of a thigh problem he had been suffering with earlier in the week.

With John McGreal on the sidelines due to a calf strain, Town could go into Saturday's game short of defenders.

Should Wilnis miss out Jermaine Wright is likely to have to move into the back four alongside Town's three remaining fit senior defenders, Richard Naylor, Drissa Diallo and Matt Richards.

Full-back Chris Makin is still several weeks away from a return after surgery.
