Fab: No Penalty Saturday, 5th Mar 2005 23:39 Full-back Fabian Wilnis was adamant that referee Graham Laws shouldn't have awarded a penalty for his challenge on Nathan Ellington just before the break in the Blues' 1-0 defeat to Wigan. The former Bristol Rovers man picked himself up to net from the spot and win the Latics a vital three points. Wilnis told the club site that Ellington had made up his mind to go to ground before he made his challenge: "I went for the ball and he was already falling before I made contact. "It was also outside the box when I made the challenge, so there are two reasons it shouldn't have been given. "But I have to say that Wigan deserved to win. They created the better chances and could have been ahead before they got the penalty. "Their front two were a real handful all game and made it very difficult for us, while we created very little at the other end. "We need a goal from somewhere at the moment. We didn't look like scoring at all and if our front players can't get one, we need to find one from somewhere else."
