Massively missed bishop today...no creativity from midfield

what does "Skuse" need to do to get dropped?

Wasn't a massive difference TBH, result wasn't comfortable at all, Hoolahan was the most creative on the pitch, no surprise he was instrumental in the goal.

What has happened to our form? Brilliant up until Christmas but since it has been average at best. Murph is becoming more a passenger since his nose bust-up. He was loosing the ball today and hardly got in to the game at all. Freddie had some efforts in the first half and the rest of the team were very poor quality. Considering this was a so called local derby, the match was very poor. We seem to have hit the wall and at present, on the form we have shown recently, we'll be lucky to make the play-offs.

Can't agree re Skuse he spent half the game covering Tommy Smiths ar@@. Drop him play parr at right back and two proper wingers, j tabbs work rate is enormous but he is not a winger and his corners were diabolical... Thought Chaplow was ok so why change him for Varney who gives away free kicks or falls over.... Woods looked bright

A better performance than August at Portman Road, there wasn't much between the teams this time. Norwich had the luck & took their chances, we didn't. However they did play the better football, whilst we couldn't string passes together for much of the match. A lot of wasted passes or overhit long balls.

Can't agree that chaplow was ok. I don't think he took a 2nd touch all half it was like a hot potatoe! Without mcgoldrick and bishop we have very little quality and confidence on the ball. Does anyone know if johnny Williams is fit and if so I suggest we do all we can to get him before we end up adrift of play off places

Norwich just much better I'm afraid. True they had the luck, but they deserved it. Plenty of effort from our guys, but they are just not good enough footballers.
Unfortunately our manager just doesn't seem to be able to accept that.

I have to agree with Mick. When I look back on the match it was actually their keeper who had the most to do with Freddie Sears having 3 half decent chances. The first goal was a superb strike from a cross that deflected off the back of Berra's foot and then managed to find its way through Chambers legs. Poor Bart had no chance. Then the 2nd goal was a bit unfortunate.

Apart from that and Freddie's 3 efforts, 2 really good saves from Ruddy, there was little between the teams. Is it 13 games to go and everything still to play for. Like Mick I think it will go right to the wire before we know whether it's play offs, automatic or not quite our year.

Wherever we end up it will be the best season we have had for years. Those chumps calling for Mick to be sacked need to get a reality check. The guy is doing a great job and MM must be chuffed to bits.

Ps thought Mings looked great today and Sears continues to impress and yes we do miss Dids and Bish but when MM says they are injured I actually believe him. If they are injured they can't play, end of.

Very impressed with Chaplet. Thought we missed him 2nd half.

We must start with Sears and Varney against Leeds. Freddie was our stand out player and Varney impressed in hi time on the pitch too. Put himself about and won everything in the air that was hoofed up to him. Murphy been out of sorts last 3 or 4 games.

Town just not good enough. Midfield that MM sets up is poor with little width or attacking so expected the result. Smith again not secure and while Tabb does his best it's not good, would prefer Parr. Thought Varney looked useful but Chaplow not

Beaten by a better team with quality in depth.Play offs at best and another season to build on in the championship I'm afraid. You cannot play a left footed defender on the right side of a defence pair Smith's distribution on his right foot has put us under pressure once again.
