To criticize is laughable...yes the last couple of results have been disappointing & the last couple of months has been a bit patchy but what these guys have achieved over the last 2+ years is beyond anything i've certainly imagined.
Whatever happens - and missing out on promotion won't be the end of the world - I just hope we can keep hold of Kieran and become an even better team next season. |

We have to defend a lot better - I know we "defend as a team" but we can't keep relying on the forwards to score 3 or 4 goals every game to dig the actual defenders out of a hole. |

There' s a bit too much cockiness from some of our defenders at times - Woolfenden thinks he's better than he is - don't get me wrong,he's a decent defender when he puts his mind to it but that's not often enough and tbh if he wasn't one of our own I think he'd get a lot more stick..read a couple of weeks ago that he has a chuckle to himself when he hears supporters questioning his decision making - well Woolfy,you need to up your game massively over the coming weeks or needless mistakes are going to cost us.
Whatever happens this season,the right side of the defence needs sorting out next season. |

The main thing is the 3pts but my god that was shambolic...I don't understand why we have this obsession with fannying around with the ball at the back when we are blessed with the best set of attacking talent we've had here in nearly 25 years...get the ball to the attackers quicker...and can somebody have a word with Clarke & Woolfy to stop playing like Laurel & Hardy.
AND Keith Stroud is "still" the worst referee i've ever seen. |
