| Forum Thread | What did those two teams stand for today? at 14:37 2 Sep 2018
Can you really describe the style of play of either side from that game today? They both looked like they didn't really know how to beat each other, no matter how much they wanted to. We're clearly very much in transition but I'm disappointed in just how hoofy we were today. Felt like a big step back from some of the progress towards the passing we saw in some of our other outings this season. And Norwich should be disgusted that for all their recent Premier League history and being over a year into Farke's regime, they were exactly the same on the day. In the past, Mick's tactics had forced Norwich into initially playing it long but then they would settle down and control it. Thankfully today, they never got anywhere near that. I'm struggling to think of a lower quality East Anglian derby for many years. Both teams look like they're a bit lost right now. |
