How little we moaned during such a poor decade plus of following us. I find it so cringeworthy reading message boards at clubs like Watford, Norwich etc now - teams that have had a relatively brilliant 10 years or so. I suppose there are a generation of fans that think we’re a nothing club, and let’s face it we have been for a long time. But my god, we’re going to be good again aren’t we - very much on track to being back where we belong. |

Got to be great for England that.
Remember talking to a guy that used to run their academy (now director of football at Sunderland) years ago and he told me that they had the future “best player in the world” on the books - not far off! In the same conversation he was raving about Ben Folami who has obviously gone in a slightly different direction. |

So the main man in Coventry goes on tv, talks about surveillance etc and then says that most of those striking would have accepted a £1 pay rise rather than 50p. At least that’s what I think he said - he’s barely literate. So what is it, a pay rise that they’re after or a change in working conditions! Absolute joke. |

So, my significant other managed to leave the car headlights on overnight (steering wheel lock badly placed). They would have been on for circa 9 hours.
I didn’t have time to drive the car anywhere this morning but the engine seemed to start fine and the battery warning light did not come on.
I’m useless with cars — should I do anything beyond taking it for a little drive tonight to recharge the battery?
AUDI Q3 — 5 years old and in good condition.

Has to be goodbye to Chambers, Huws, Judge and Ward (terrible again yesterday). Huws (who I know has been unwell) was completely anonymous and looks so off the pace - it’s as if the game has moved on and left him behind.
Why on earth didn’t we attack Caddis after his yellow card? Dobra rarely saw the ball after 20mins and everything went down the other side.
Judge was absolute garbage contrary to what the Sky commentators were saying. He is not an effective floating player.
Norwood did well (again) when he came on. Can’t say he’s a player I particularly warm to but he’s streets ahead of any of our other strikers and makes runs in behind that actually give us an outlet. |

Does anybody know of a house/flat clearing service in Ipswich, perhaps a charity? I’m selling a small flat on the docks which is part furnished. I don’t need any of the furniture but there’s some good bits in there which are still perfectly usable, so I’d be happy for somebody to take it off my hands for nothing if they agreed to clear it all.
