Anyone else listen to the podcast with Chris Brown and Jon Parkin interviewing recently retired players, managers , refs ? One common theme is how badly run some clubs are and player fallouts. Pleased to hear every time Ipswich Town is mentioned it’s positive. Matt Mills calling us a proper club, even in the Marcus Evans years. |

Friend of mine had a chat with a Burnley staff member earlier at Stoke by Nayland. He said Burnley would put out a strong team that they have. Interestingly mentioned Plymouth have got a bigger budget than Burnley. |

Not sure if this has already be mentioned, I thought local journalists were instructed by Mark Ashton and the club to keep the rumour stories quiet as it didn’t help the clubs position negotiating ? And worse deals being hijacked by rivals |
