What do we know about him, and would he be a good signing? I seem to remember his name from Bolton but not much else. He definitely seems the right age for the type of player ITFC should be targeting. Would he do a job?
For the next home match (or even for this weekend), could someone make some sort of sign saying something like "ITFC stands with Boston" "Boston Strong" or something like that? I know a lot of people hurting in Boston right now would really appreciate it. Thanks.
Am I wrong in thinking that ITFC is now the ONLY club (in England, at least) that DJ Campbell can play for this season?
Article 5.3 stated:
Players may be registered for a maximum of three clubs during the period from 1 July until 30 June of the following year. During this period, the player is only eligible to play in Official Matches for two clubs. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FIFA_Two)
He's registered to QPR (but hasn't played for them) and he has played for Blackburn and ITFC on loan. Assuming that Blackburn doesn't want him back, doesn't the rule read as that he cannot by rule play for QPR? If this reading is correct, I would expect that DJ might want to return to ITFC, and ITFC would be in a pretty good bargaining position re: wages, as QPR would be paying full freight for a player that they cannot put on the field.
