You wouldnt think he was that good if Donacien had moved at least 1 cm towards him to try to put him off from that corner. We gave Tony 2 free headers, and he only got 1 of them. [Post edited 19 Aug 2019 8:12]

Try again mate to get a girlfriend, who this time might actually sleep with you. Then finally you can move on from pulling yourself off every night over the many posters of MM you have on your bedroom walls, and maybe, just maybe your new girlfriend might let you attend an ITFC game instead of not ever having been and commenting on what you read from the other big time charlies on here. |
| Forum Reply | I wonder if Hurst could of turned at 16:11 3 Feb 2019
If Hurst was still in charge we would probably be 15-20 points adrift by now, and have crowds of 10k. We'd be staring a 5 or 6-0 away loss to the scum on Sunday. |

There was a documentary on Italia 90, and Peter Shilton said he did exactly that in the penalty shootout v Germany, waited till every ball was kicked so he could try to save every shot. He explained unfortunately that due to the distance from the penalty spot and the speed of the travelling ball its physically impossible to get a human body to travel from a standing position to laying on the ground, before the ball has travelled over the line if u wait till its kicked. Its just not scientifically possible. |
| Forum Thread | Support at Accrington yesterday. at 18:05 6 Jan 2019
Only noise from Ipswich was us lot of so called 'numbskulls' in the right corner of coppice stand. If you were there and didnt bother singing then you should be embarrased. Its great to see 1200 travel so far for the game, but whats the point if you arent going to bother letting the team know they are supported. Dont bother going next time. |

I can tell you as a fact that the first time he was linked with Ipswich he was excited and wanted to be our manager. My source - His next door neighbour. I was in Holland near Den Haag. One of my dutch coaching friends over there (his neighbour) could not wait to tell me. Was beside himself with the news and literally was like an excited kid telling me! Thought he was gonna wet himself on the spot. I spoke to Phil H on here a while back as had it of gone any further i was going to put him in touch with my friend to try to get a possible exclusive. Then we kept MM for another season. |

Then loan out or sell the absolute dross players that he currently has to stick in the first team to make up numbers. Its painful to see some of the players attempts at being professional footballers. Just embarrasing. |

He just not a very good midfielder. We have better on the bench. He's struggling with the championship even with or without that pass today. |
| Forum Reply | for those of you who coach youth teams at 18:52 15 Oct 2018
I was a youth coach for 6 years. There are some coaches who are in it for themselves, but theres more that want the children to enjoy themselves. Which is the right way. Only thing i shouted was encouragement or well done with a smile and a thumbs up. Also would congrat both goalies if they made saves. Parents are what ruins youth football. Ive seen a few kids give up because their mum or dad is continually shouting. Also had a word with a few parents when their kid gets upset and wants to come off because of the parents behaviour. |
| Forum Thread | I was there Saturday and so was my new girlfriend. Wearing her berqa at 14:03 8 Oct 2018
She loved it. Hopefully ive converted her to be an ipswich fan. She's a bit worried about coming to the next home game as her faith is very strong and she will be wearing the full berqa head to toe. So she (and me) would appreciate it if everyone made her feel welcome. Cheers. [Post edited 8 Oct 2018 14:17]

| Forum Reply | Do you think Hurst will genuinely turn it around? at 17:44 2 Oct 2018
I dont think he's close to the sack at all. ME knows this is a new project and in his words something hes not done before. A new direction i think he said. PH has a new team. Nobody in the ground is complaining. Most of the 'get rid of PH' people dont go to the games. Keane was awful and did a lot of damage in a short space of time. Yet he went 17 games without a win. I think ME will keep him even if we ended up relegated. |
| Forum Thread | Hurst outers, you need to go to 'brain cells r us' and fill your basket. at 13:11 30 Sep 2018
Unbeaten in 3. 2 goals up at half time away. First point away. The new era and team is getting better little by little. Small steps people. We'll get there. Once again i was there yesterday. If you think Hurst should be sacked or are blaming Hurst for not substituting Pennington before he got sent off you need your head tested! |
