McKenna: Burns Injury Serious But Surgery Not Required
at 23:31:55

All our games are huge now, as are those for Leicester, Leeds & Southampton. I like KMcK's one game at at time strategy as that's all any team can realistically do. Whatever happens, this season has been great, the football has been excellent, I think we will do it and finish 2nd, but hey, what do I know!!!

Ex-Blues Win National League Title With Chesterfield
at 21:46:44

This is fantastic news, well done Paul Cook and the players and staff. Paul Cook was a truly likeable guy as Town manager and although things didn't always go right he had my utmost respect as a man, he deserves this and it's good to see Chesterfield back where they belong.

European Clubs 'Monitoring' Hutchinson
at 10:47:12

The lad is doing well from the bench, but not so much when starting, he still has a way to go in his development but has improved immeasurably in his time here.
Chelsea will get back a much improved player than he was when he came here. Whatever happens he will always have our respect and good wishes, can't see him signing for us, sorry.

Al-Hamadi: Premier League? Why Not? Let's Go For It!

If it's appropriate in the game I would love to see him get a bit longer today, in the brief glimpses of him he seems the real deal and I believe he has a very bright future at Town.

Ipswich Town 4-3 Rotherham United - Match Report
at 22:51:31

Apart from about 20 minutes we weren't at the races tonight, we looked tired(for the first time) and were second to every loose ball. Everyone has a mare and that game was one, but we still bagged the three points somehow.

Keep smiling Town fans, we are still very much in the hunt for automatic promotion and hopefully tonight was a one off.

I'd like to say a big thank you to our travelling fans, they were amazing last night, we must have one of the best and noisiest away fans in the Championship. I have loved watching Town over the past 100 games, Mark Ashton, you and your team have done a superb job over the whole club, it's a great time to be a Town fan again.

Palace Reportedly Fail in Move For McKenna
at 02:17:06

I'm sorry to say this but this has a real possibility of getting in the heads of our players and affecting performance. We really could do without this speculation, the league situation is very tight. If we lose him at the end of the season I will be gutted, although I imagine if we do get promoted he would stay.

Football management is a strange game, many have left successful clubs, defying the the odds and failed badly (see Graham Potter - Chelsea). Lets hope we can move on quickly from this and McKenna stays for a few more years. Staying didn't do Sir Bobby any harm.

Ipswich Town 2-2 West Bromwich Albion - Match Report
at 08:59:06

Just like last season at this exact time we need to start winning and believing again. Every team has a bad spell, well I think ours is nearly over, a couple of wins and we'll be back at it. I think 2nd place may be a stretch, but be honest who would have taken a play-off place at the start of the season!!

So people, deep breath and lets go with our remaining games, our run in doesn't look too bad. The one thing you can't fault Ipswich with is their ability not to give up, the fight and determination has been seen in the last 2 games and I'm enjoying the football too, we should all be proud of the journey we are on.

Preston North End 3-2 Ipswich Town - Match Report
at 20:16:57

The fact that we are in February and still competing with the three clubs that came down from the PL is astounding considering we have just come up from Div 1.

I have really enjoyed this season and yes we are currently on a bad run, just like last season at this time, but we recovered then and I believe we will again. Give the team a chance to settle after the new additions and departures. Today was just one of those days and to rubbish players who have got us to where we are is just hysteria.

Deep breath, get behind the lads and who knows by this time next week we could see the world differently. Give it a week or two and the tractor will be rolling again.

Also hands up if you would have taken a play off place at the start of the season!!!

Fan Fall "Not a Police Matter"
at 11:05:12

The club has registered CCTV and it's sure to be clear on there what this dipstick did. It truly is a miracle that neither he or the poor lady underneath weren't seriously injured or worse. Even from the mobile phone clips he clearly wasn't pushed, there is nobody near him and there was another of their fans lying in the roof before he went over.

Jackson: Ipswich Interest Head-Turning For Al-Hamadi
at 21:57:33

He's young and obviously able, scoring often is an instinct rather than which league you are in, I have watched him on You Tube he has great potential, but I would also like an experienced striker in too.
