| Forum Thread | I I understand this is a long shot but… at 13:16 14 Feb 2024
Does anyone have a spare ticket for tonight? I’m London based so can easily get to the Den. Haven’t managed to get any tickets this season at all and have a free evening. I do understand that times have changed in regards to ticket resales. |

The Wednesday fan I met in eastern France in an Irish pub again. Was working out there for two months and he gave me dogs abuse about how we’d messed it up and they were going to walk the league. It would make me feel a lot better about paying to watch a grey screen on ifollow for Oxford away. I don’t like what this club does to me, but I wouldn’t swap it for the world. |

Long shot I know but I’m unexpectedly free and am based in London. If anyone is any ideas then DM me if you could! |

In amongst all the distractions last night, I was appalled to hear the Fashanu chant making the rounds again. Hang your heads in shame if you are on this forum |
| Forum Thread | I seem to remember a John Wark attempt… at 14:33 29 Nov 2021
Extremely similar to Celina’s effort yesterday but either missed or hit the bar. In exactly the same spot as well. I think it was a friendly but can’t be sure. I remember it being a true piece of magic but I was very young. I thought I’d delve into the TWTD forum memory banks and ask if anyone remembers any of the details of that game. The knowledge of those type of things is usually extremely impressive on here so I thought I’d have a go. |
| Forum Thread | Long shot I know, but…. Wycombe tickets at 12:21 26 Oct 2021
Just a quick ask if anyone has a spare one or two tickets for the Wycombe away game. If you do, would you mind popping me a DM? Many thanks |

First time back at PR for a very long time. Usually go to the London area away games. Took my 8 year old nephew for the first time. He lost his mum, my sister, last year poor lad. And today he said to me ‘This was the best day of my life so far.’ Brought a ruddy tear to my grumpy old eye. He loved the atmosphere generated from the Sir Bobby and was singing Sweet Caroline all the way home to his Gran. Football is magic sometimes. Thanks all for a tremendous day. I’ll stop being a soppy b**ger now |

But to essentially blame the fans for all the other events that led to us being in the position we are in is an absolute disgrace. Not backing McCarthy with funds therefore not getting promoted and then appointing two charlatans is 100% down to him. Take some f**king responsibility Evans. Never felt more ashamed to be an Town fan. |
| Forum Thread | Furthest Distance to travel for a ST holder? at 20:55 4 May 2019
Hello all. I’m just wondering what the furthest distance a season ticket holder travels for home games. I’m weighing up whether to get on the ST band wagon but as I live near Windsor and use the trains, I’m trying to justify it to myself. I also want to be able to book away tickets as there are many games I can make next season. Go on. Convince me. |

Surely we can claim loss of earnings? But seriously, what a joke that man has made of this club. Appalling in every respect. |
| Forum Thread | Nolan and Edwards at 22:01 18 Sep 2018
These two made all the difference in the second half. Edwards such a hard worker and good on the ball while Nolan had his best game so far for us. I never want to relive that opening half. Spence was an utter disgrace and god knows what we were thinking having 7 defensively minded players at home isolating the two up front. So lucky they didn't score more. Hopefully we can kick on from here after holding one of the better sides in the league. |
| Forum Thread | So yesterday... at 11:19 26 Aug 2018
First game of the season for me yesterday. Such a frustrating afternoon. Played some really good football at times which was quite refreshing. I like the looks of Nolan and Edun. Jackson was full of running and is certainly the type of player that will get supporters on his side for that alone. I was really disappointed by Harrison. How did he not just stick his toe out to knock it past Dawson in that one-on-one?!? And he could've played Jackson in a couple of times but had very little awareness to play the killer ball. The optimist in me says that that is due to lack of playing time together. I wonder how long that optimism can last though. Thought Chambers and Nsiala were pretty good throughout. The red card was an absolute disgrace. Even at the time I was certain he got the ball and it wasn't even the worst challenge of the day! For years now whenever I've seen Knudsen play I've been very worried about his composure and judgement but yesterday was the worst I've seen him. He couldn't judge high balls correctly and there is always a sense of panic when the ball is at his feet. He seemed to be lacking a bit if pace yesterday as well. On the other side, Donacien looks a good signing and will only get better. Anywho, at least we didn't hoof it long all game. It's almost cliche now but I really think giving it time will reap rewards. A win against the budgies on saturday and all would be forgiven. And from what I saw yesterday that is a distinct possibility. |

Does anyone know if tickets will be available on the gate on Saturday? I'm in Sheffield with Mrs Bariotne visiting her family so it's worked out quite nicely. |
| Forum Thread | Last night was bloomin' marvellous at 14:32 16 Aug 2017
Took a chum of mine and he said it was one of the most entertaining games he's seen in a while. Garner, Waghorn and McGoldrick were by far and away the best players on the pitch. McGoldrick is 100% a PL player and if he can stay fit then we have a real chance of keeping this run going. Defensively quite suspect but quite frankly I'll take that with the injuries we've got to the back line and our current strikeforce. With Smith and Webster coming back and hopefully a player brought in to reinforce the centre back group things will settle down. I wish Knudsen was just a little bit more composed on the ball. He runs his socks off for the team but his technique needs work. He's still relatively young so hopefully he'll get better. He's already improved since he joined the club so I'm sure he'll carry on that trajectory. Bart as always kept us in it at points. All in all I was chuffed to be there. Watching us play the ball on the deck and looking so dangerous in attack is so pleasing. May hoofball be thrown in the bin. I can't wait for Loftus road. |
| Forum Thread | Goa and Mumbai advice at 00:18 15 Mar 2017
Hello chaps Mrs Bariotne and I are heading to Goa and then on to Mumbai in late september and early October and were wondering if anyone had advice of places to stay. Any advice would be much appreciated. |
| Forum Thread | Just a thought at 14:52 3 Feb 2017
And apologies if it has already been mentioned on here, but do you think the demise of our team this season is down to the clamp down on physicality in the box? Knudsen's act of stupidity at Reading summing that up. Even more reason to get in a manager with forward thinking rather than having one who is renowned for physicality. |
| Forum Thread | The most humiliating performance I've seen at 22:33 17 Jan 2017
Awful through and through. I cannot believe Evans is sat there watching that and thinking he's done enough to support this club. If there's one advantage then it has to be that it won't get much worse than this. Can it? |
