Be glad when the season is over now, when we can all reflect on much and make our own personal decisions, after more years than I care to remember following ITFC, if the value for money and enjoyment is still there. |

Quite surprised that MM appeared reluctant to give Taylor too much praise in his post match comment on Radio Suffolk. He really pushed his ability into MM's face today - a very deserved MoM, without doubt.

Shame he has not found his way back into the game at a reasonable level i.e. Championship.

As you know I have tried to get this very same message across many times, but some will accept anything such is their low expectancy of all things ITFC.

I think Hyam recognises the fact that some of his game criticism is valid and he needs to be more attack minded and creative - we must not over look the fact that he has been playing to instructions, hence his recent comments on the issue.
Not enough importance put on a creative midfield - far too much long ball in the air stuff, almost bypassing midfield . |

...... probably the only creative genuine midfielder we have - only goes to show how vague some people are that think otherwise. Give the lad a chance - and a few games to prove himself when he if fit again - can't do any worse with the lack of spark we currently have in that department. |

Don't think many will disagree with Mick McCarthy on this one , it was not impressive, neither was the Charlton game. Midfield is just not producing the necessary, get that going and we should be ok.

Hi - still supporting ITFC (since 1967) and reading posts on TWTD - just not posting myself anymore. Thanks to all you kind people who backed me for being ambitious, only wanting the best in terms of success for our Club, and being honest with my opinions in doing so - remember I have witnessed success previously, and want it again. I have never condoned failure in anything, and offer no apologies for that.
Commiserations to those who saw fit to sling abuse for being as forthright as I was in posting - these people are the reason why I no longer offer my opinion / view.
Keep up the good work Phil & Co - great forum.

Shame some of you have to do it - and make FALSE statements in the process - but that's life, and people, I guess.
