Having read lots of views and comments regarding the team selection from last night I thought id drop in my penny's worth. Whilst I understand that priority is promotion what I can't quite get my head around is the lack of amition shown by us/MM. Whilst on paper an away tie to United is as tough as it can come the total lack of ambition by making 11 changes does puzzle me somewhat. I'm a realistic supporter but what I don't buy into is that no matter what team we would have fielded we would have lost. There have been much bigger shocks in cup football than say 5th Place Ipswich beating Man united! Maybe I'm a romantic but surely that is what being a football supporter is all about. To conclude, I go regularly away and am a season ticket holder but I shall not be attending anymore League cup games home or away. A lot of people spent a lot of money and took a lot of time out of their lives to be at the game last night and quite frankly when the team was announced it felt like I'd just been pick pocketed. Until the club/management take this or any cup competition seriously why should us as supporters put our hard earned money in our pockets and do the same.
So 2 (0-0's) and a 1-0 in their first 3 games! Yet to concede a goal. Won't have a bigger test than tomor thou against our forwards. Dids and Sears to Start, can't see Mick risking Murph this early on in the season.
Had a water skiing accident at the weekend and believe i may have done some serious damage to my medial ligament. Started the process with my local GP and have an X-ray tomor as a precaution for broken bone segments. I'm aware that i will need an MRI for proper diagnosis. My local hospital would be Colchester. Not sure on wait times for scans? if anyone has experienced similar I would be interested in any advice, tips in the process and magic cure's you may have! I may well become a TWTD addict during my time off work which is concerning me already.
Having a separate warm up with fitness coach. As expected Tabb look out of place as was largely at fault for their goal. Emmaunuel doesn't look quite ready for me at RB, we couldn't control the midfield at all with Skuse probably being are stand out player. Fraser couldn't get into the game. Niles looks very bright coming forward I thought, doesn't seem as so keen to get back mind. Murphy are main threat up top.
Esbjerg has in recent weeks been in talks to sell their right-back Ryan Johnson Laursen to AZ Alkmaar. But now it seems that it is their back on the opposite edge as they lose out. See also: Hradecky: Nothing is signed - yet According to Ekstra Bladet information is Esbjerg and Championship side Ipswich largely agree on a sale of the U21 national team profile Jonas Knudsen. There is still some details that can pull the deal, but it is expected that within a short time agree. Ipswich has long had Jonas Knudsen in the spotlight, and he has also the last year worked at the A-team and not least the game U21 finals in the Czech Republic. See also: Blurred Brondby far away from Europa League Ipswich have sold defender Tyrone Mings Premier League oprykkerne Bournemouth for just under 80 million. kr., and it has given money in the till to a purchase by Jonas Knudsen. Ipswich finished 6th in the Championship last season, and they aspire to at least ports on a playoff-space to the Premier League next season. See also: Brondby agree with Frankfurt: Makes big bucks for Hradecky It has not been possible to ascertain the price, which the parties have agreed, but it is worth taking that Jonas Knudsen contract expired next summer, and it is probably the last chance for Esbjerg to score money on the talented offensive back . Whether it is going to stand in the way of Ryan Johnson Laursen dream of a Dutch switch is not unlikely.
