Well we have no full back cover so send Donacian on loan....we have no centre back cover and send Ndaba on loan and now we could be sending one of our best youngsters on loan and then develop players for other team's?
Does this fit in with our 5 Year Plan??

Joking aside, a teenager being chucked into an under performing side, that scores way too few goals and more importantly creates very little is a recipe for disaster.
Unless we change our one up front tactic, I would recommend that Parrott stays on his perch at Millwall :) |

Surely players like McGuinness, Wolfy and Ndaba would benefit hugely from the legend that is Butch. It does make me wonder if and how we use the resources at our disposal, especially when you look at our bumbling first team that often look so poorly coached? |

Let's be honest, we have been playing terrible for many many weeks and our current position has been inflated by a few flaky home wins that resulted in as much with the opposition's incompetence as our own skills.

I think that the current position that we find ourselves in is a complete and utter shambles. The season is about to start, we have a massive squad full of average players, our best player wants to leave and our two main strikers also appear to want out!
To add to this we have signed more garbage - one short keeper who is prone to mistakes and cannot claim crosses to compete with one tall keeper who is prone to mistakes and cannot claim crosses, and an old man from Stoke to replace arguably our best player last season....and a tall/ route one footballer that was released by Portsmouth!
That coupled with the fact that our team has overall worsened from the one that finished in it's lowest position in 65 years, managed by an incompetent fool who after almost 2 years in charge is trying to change our footballing philosophy and start from scratch.
Oh and we lost our last 3 pre-season games but it doesn't matter as we are fully prepared after scoring one goal in 4 1/2 hours of play.
Rant over................last one out switch off the light :( |

IMO Downes is a talented footballer with a huge amount of potential but still has it all to prove. He has good moments in games, but is hardly setting the division alight in what is a very, very poor league.
Talk about having Premier League class are miles away....let's add a bit of realism! |

I have yet to see a striker with a worse first touch than KJ.
I like his effort, enthusiasm and speed but for me he lacks quality to play up front.
I am amazed that he cost in the region of £2m!

With the resources PL has at it his disposal, if I was ME, I'd question whether chucking more money at players is the answer.
I believe we need to develop a coherent playing style and stop changing players and formations every week as all that results in are scrappy performances on the pitch.

Yes it was a terrible mistake...but 2 goals in 2 games is never going to be enough
We need to take our chances...last week we were lucky that Burton missed golden opportunities...this week our luck ran out.
