| Forum Thread | Yes to Lampard all day long. at 21:57 18 May 2018
I am going to go against the grain and I would be delighted with Lampard. For those comparing the situation to Keane I think that's unfair. Managers have to start somewhere and unlike Keane first of all Lampard comes across a very good bloke. He was a cultured player unlike Keane and with the Chelsea links that's also a plus. I actually think Ross is a bigger gamble from a man who's been managing in a league that's the same standard as league 2. |

| Forum Thread | Taking my son to a game.... at 10:08 26 Mar 2018
I realise all children are different but what age would you suggest maybe taking your son or daughter to their first game? A friend has 10 free tickets for the Millwall game and I am considering taking my son. If he didn't like it or got upset etc we could leave and have not lost money for the tickets. He was only 3 last Sunday but he is a very content little boy and loves his football.... I am quietly confident he'd actually sit through the whole game. Does anyone have any ideas or experiences here? When was your first game or your kid's first game? |

At the beginning of the season we were playing with 5/6 attacking players and winning games. Now we are playing with 2 and losing games. Personally I find that strange. |

Blimey that 2nd goal is like something I've never seen in the championship before. This team would be top half in the Prem no problem. |
| Forum Thread | The 6 second rule!! at 16:04 3 Dec 2017
Does that still exist? Watching the Bournemouth game at one point Begovic held on to the ball for 19 seconds from a corner!! I seem to remember us and Mark Venus once benefitting from that rule many years ago away at Charlton? |

Without giving it much thought would yesterday be the first time in a single match that 3 separate loan players have scored? |

I'm usually on the fence regarding Skuse....however is it just a coincidence we're scoring a few this afternoon without him? |

First 6 league game shooting stats: For 47 shots with 15 on target Against 121 shots with 40 on target Last 6 games of last season: For 57 shots with 21 on target Against 98 shots with 26 on target You have to go back 13 games when we beat Wigan to when we had the majority of shots in a game with the total since: For 104 shots against 219. More than double! Also many of these teams are not the so called bigger teams in this division. Of course many will say it's what you do with these shots and to a certain degree that is correct. However if this continues something has to give. I do not go to every game so I am not that educated to know if we have been 'lucky' to get the results we have so far. McCarthy must be aware of these shooting stats and I wonder if it worries him. |

Colin asked him how much £5 would of returned on 5 wins from 5 for Ipswich. Anyone else see the funny side to that given that Keith lost £7.5 million gambling? I guess some viewers would find it strange that Colin asked him......... |
