Young Reserves Side Faces Haverhill Tue 10th Nov 2009 12:50
Town have named a very young reserves squad for this evening’s LB Group Suffolk Premier Cup quarter-final against Haverhill Rovers at Portman Road (KO 7.45pm).
Midfielder Reggie Lambe is the only player involved with any first team experience and, aside from summer signing Troy Brown, the rest of the squad is made up of academy players, including a number of schoolboys.
@danknott - why bizarre? pretty meaningless competition, and opposition would be about right for an academy team. perhaps itfc have an understanding that they won't play a 'full' reserve team. surely would walk it otherwise?
