As an ITFC supporter of 50 years plus I of course have many fabulous memories of the great man and the many teams he produced. The memory of his passing though is still raw and as many people have said we are poorer now that he is no longer here.

The young guns who provide the comments on this board can have no concept of what it was like to support a club which was managed by a respected personality, organised by a responsible Board of Directors, and which played an energetic, skillful free flowing brand of football admired by the whole country.

As it says on the tin, THOSE WERE THE DAYS!

I quite agree with u Blue041273 he was a great man an like featherhead said things won't change until the club changes its direction.
