McGoldrick has to start, Bart gives me more confidence, Berra needs dropping for a few games (he is still our best defender, but woefully out of form), Oar in for Fraser (although I would have played anyhow, instead of AMN), Bru in (Douglas and Skuse is a terrible combination)

Drop Berra due to poor form, Douglas and Skuse are too alike but Skuse is better, need playmaker so Bru easy choice (Dunno if Bish is still injured if not then on the bench for Toure)

i go back to proven formula of murph and didz, put parr at right back it must help us having proper full back in that position bru back in middle he give energy that douglas does not now fraser is injured perfect time for oar to come in to stake his place in the team

I know a lot of folk want Berra out, but for me he's still got the positioning and nous. He's just out of form after his injury. Douglas has to go for me. Made me realise we're really struggling to name 17 first team players at the moment.

This is a fresh start to the season and from here on in we must play the form players irrespective of who that may mean leaving out of the starting eleven.

Thats my thought for mixing it up a bit. Wish i could include Hyam and Bish in midfield and of course Fraser.

I'd love to see us play with wing backs but can't honestly imagine we will, also Didz (our best player) has to play so does Sears (top scorer so far) & so does Murphy (top scorer in the league last season) he will come good! Skuse & Douglas are both so negative I'd get rid of both of em, also Tabb would come in to the squad for Skuse over Douglas any day for me!

We went on a good run last season with this sort of system, McGoldrick was central but drops off leaving space for the wide forwards to come in - Murphy last season scored lots of goals from here

Bart in goal and defence appear to trust him more than Gerks. Bru in as he covers so much ground and we need a forward looking player in the centre of midfield. McGoldrick is the classiest player we have and must play. Murphy on the bench as the guy has been very poor. I know MM will not select that team as it is too forward thinking.

Parr at right back, Malarczyk CB along side Berra as captain. Skuse has looked bad lately but would better perform alongside Bru would play in a slghtly more advanced role to provide the creativity that has been lacking lately with Douglas. Oar and AMN on the wings, Sears and Mcgoldrick upfront.

Stick with the 4-4-2, not convinced we've got the right wide players to play wing-backs any more. Take Smith out of the firing line for a few weeks, bring back Bart, and a bit more balance in the centre should see us right. And wouldn't take much to switch to 4-3-3 or a variant if things weren't quite working.
