Great atmosphere and a very great three points despite a nervous ending. As the detail sits in the main site report, this is as ever a personal reflection on the game. Town set up 4-4-2 with McGoldrick and Ambrose and a thin looking bench, the opener was as much a power play by Murphy as his bravery earned the goal and a spell on the sidelines before returning, Tabb was actually excellent before being scythed down during some slick interplay with Mings. In terms of individuals, clearly Murphy was man of match but mentions must go to Chambers, Bishop and particularly second half, Kevin Bru. Sears always looked lively and keen to shoot which is a good thing and in he first half we did play a fair bit of decent non hoof ball. We seldom looked troubled until the slip by Smith let in McCormack to score, this despite Scort Parkwr having an awful lot of the ball. A great 3 points and hopefully our dodgy patch is now behind us. Oh and the best bounce of the season so far!
