What a difference 4days can make. The best thing today was the supporters getting behind the team both times Reading equalised. So much better than the last few matches where negativity from the stands seemed to frighten the players into mistakes. I think if the new players had been match fit we would have held on for the win we deserved. Not one poor performance, and apart from saint Tom's normal walk on water act a special mention for mr McG who was running on empty towards the end after working so hard.

Our best performance by team and supporters of the whole year, not just 2017. The new players were like a breath of fresh air, forward passing from the midfield, skillful play by McGoldrick, demon finishing from Lawrence and a defence that despite shipping in two goals looked far more comfortable with Taylor in the centre, allowing Chambers to be a real captain, demanding players to do their jobs while having a good game himself. It doesn't take much to get us ITFC supporters back on the side of the club, just a bit of flair and some attacking play. Today we looked like the team near the top of the division and deserved a win.

Today the fans got behind the team a lot which made the players get forward and make Reading scared. The new signings worked well together and made a difference. We wouldn't have been as good without them. When Skuse came off I got a bit worried. Turns out there was no need as Ward had a great game. Today Emmanuel got a 7 from me as he showed some decent pace, got forward and tried to make a difference. Huws and Diagouraga impressed me because of how good their creativity was. Lawrence pushed up his price tag again with two amazing goals, the second thanks to a stunning McGoldrick pass. Overall a great display from the captain, the team and the Blues fans. COME ON YOU BLUES!!!! SamIPSWICHTOWNFAN[age ten.]
