For me Bristol City were the better side especially first half with Jon Stead reminding us what a class act he is. They hassled us from the front, never allowing us to get into any passing rythym. 3 times in first 20 mins Danns made a late to the edge of our box, not being tracked by his marker{Drury?}, first resulted in a goal & only a great block by Smith & a greedy bit of play by Adomah in shooting stopped Danns getting a hat-trick. Once we equalised we came into the game more but ne
ver really looked like winning. N'Daw, Martin & Edwards were all poor whilst our other attacking players made little impact. Luckily our back 4 were solid once theyd overcome their early jitters. With the bottom 3 all winning we are in danger of being dragged back in there & need pick up points away.

Wasn't a great game but this is sport ... we are not going to win or even play to our full potential every time.

Just please Jon Stead let us off the hook today.

The recent trend (since Mick Mc joined) is much much better and I'm happy to take that.

Not best game but at least we didnt lose.
I thought Chopra looked good when he came on and in my opinion did alot more than DJ.

We were overrun in midfield, simple as that.

Martin was very poor and NDaw had the worst game I've seen him play. Add to that Edwards was largely anonymous, in the first half at least, and we were lucky to get a point IMHO.

Overall a disappointing reminder that we are a very average side and are still very much involved in a relegation battle. On the plus side we would probably have lost this one under Jewell.

i agree with Regency. Midfield were very poor, only prepared to go sideways or backwards or constantly finding the opposition.
Martin made mistake after mistake. N'Daw didn't look interested and just did what he had to! Edwards made little progress and crosses were never reached Murphy or JD. Apart from last minute surge from Drury he was no better. This of course meant that our defense had more to deal with esp their midfield (Danns looked class) and if Stead could shoot we'd have been 3 down by half time. If only JD had the same chances!!
I'd have had JET on much earlier for Martin and given Luke a chance. Maybe we'd got late goal and all 3 points!

Non-descript game, by two teams low on confidence and endeavour. We will get games like this in the fight to 40 points, so that is another one chalked off the 'need' column.

At least it was finally a category C game, and it only cost me £20 to attend an ITFC match!
