PNE Bid Not ÂŁ200,000 - Ipswich Town News
Preston chairman Derek Shaw says his club's bid for Sam Parkin is not ÂŁ200,000 as has been reported. Shaw has also revealed that the Town striker is one of a number currently interesting his club.
The Lilywhites chief said: "Parkin is a player we've made an offer for. He's one of a number of people we've chased.
"But it isn't ÂŁ200,000, like it has been reported. I wouldn't like to comment on what the figures are."
