Skard on Trial at Ham-Kam - Ipswich Town News
Released midfielder Vemund Brekke Skard is on trial with Norwegian top flight side Ham-Kam. Town settled the remaining year of the 24-year-old's contract earlier in the month.
Skard has impressed in his trial up to now and will play in a match between Ham-Kam A and Ham-Kam B sides tomorrow. If he does well in the game he is expected to be offered a contract.
Ham-Kam are the local top flight side to the former trainee teacher's previous club Brumunddal, who play in the second division. Skard trained with the Hamar-based club while with Brumunddal but was never offered a deal.
