Full-back Fabian Wilnis will miss Saturday's home game with Southampton. The Blues don't want to risk aggravating the thigh injury which saw the Dutchman miss last week's Richard Naylor testimonial.

Better news is that Billy Clarke is expected to be named in the squad facing the Saints if he comes through training with no reaction to the knee problem which saw him miss last week's friendly.
