North Stand Film Released - Ipswich Town News
Rabbit Fever, the movie partly filmed at Portman Road a couple years ago, hits screens in London from today. The North Stand was filmed chanting various things rabbit-related at the Plymouth game in September 2004, but wasn't always willing to take direction.
The mockumentary hasn't received overly positive reviews with Time Out's typical: "It sounds like an unusually bad ‘Brass Eye' sketch, but it's far worse than that: a collection of repetitive am-dram talking heads, weak jokes and central characters who are hard to distinguish from one another.”
In addition to the North Stand, the film also stars Lisa Barbusica, Julian Rhind-Tutt, Tara Summers, Flora Montgomery, Emma Buckley and many others in smaller roles.
