Clarke Withdraws - Ipswich Town News
Town have received permission for striker Billy Clarke to withdraw from the Republic of Ireland U21 squad facing Luxembourg in a friendly next Wednesday. The 18-year-old is required by the Blues for Tuesday's league game at home to Preston.
Last week's call-up was Clarke's first at U21 level but, with a league fixture the day before, his withdrawal is not unexpected.
